Zenhomes is a property developer that specializes in rehabilitating existing, worn-down real estate into high-quality, eco-friendly housing. Zenhomes mainly focuses on assisting and unburdening the real estate investors in the complete project development lifecycle, from property hunting to renovation to sales, and rental. Currently Zenhomes is active in the Brussels and Flemish market. The Sales Representative for Zenhomes will drive sales growth through project hunting and real estate sales. On the one hand the sales representative will be helping on the IN funnel of projects to develop, and on the other hand the sales profile will help on the OUT funnel by selling the real estate to investors. Relationship building with businesses and investors plays a key role.. This role combines B2B sales with an emphasis on eco-friendly and sustainable development projects. With success, the role offers the opportunity to grow into a partnership position. The sales representative will work directly with the general manager of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- IN funnel:
- Identify and pursue new development projects and investment opportunities.
- OUT funnel:
- Manage the sales funnel from marketing to closing the sales agreements.
- Build relationships with B2B clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in sustainable real estate.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to clients’ needs.
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutual value for clients and Zenhomes.
- Collaborate with the team to align sales efforts with project development goals.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
Jouw profiel:
Qualifications:
- Education degree is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch an advantage.
Experience:
- Previous experience in B2B sales and/or working with investors
- Experience in real estate or related fields is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools and other CRM tools.
- Driver license is a must
