ZenRent is a rental management agency focused on high end property rentals in the Brussels and Flemish market in Belgium. The Sales Representative for ZenRent will take on a commercial role, contributing to the agency's growth by building and maintaining relationships with property owners and tenants. This position offers a growth pathway to becoming a partner in the business. Ideal candidates are proactive, entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and passionate about real estate and customer service. The sales representative will work directly with the general manager of the company.
Jouw opdracht:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Actively prospect for new clients and tenants.
- Manage the sales funnel, from marketing to closing the rentals.
- Executing the rental visits.
- Build long-term relationships with tenants and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitors in rental management.
- Develop and present tailored rental management proposals to potential renters.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Assist in negotiating and closing rental contracts, and rental management agreements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
Jouw profiel:
Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in French, English and Dutch an advantage (writing and speaking).
- Education degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or or real estate is an asset.
Skills
- People person
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools and other CRM tools.
- An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
- Driver license is a must Personal
